Academia, Industry and Government
are on an
unsustainable toxic binge and between them
are systematically killing our planet
COPPER
is used to control algae WEEDS in aquatic environments and to kill
parasites on aquatic life. Copper burns the gills, singes the extremities of the fins and
burns off the disease preventing slime coating of aquatic life. Copper disrupts
pancreatic secretions and accumulates in aquatic environments.
CYANIDE
is used in road sanding, electroplating, chemical synthesis, case hardening
and heat treating of steel, gold/silver mining and fumigating of greenhouses and flour
and is found in FERTILIZERS, defoliators, WEED KILLERS and PESTICIDES. Cyanide is
used to capture salt water fish which results in sickness and usually the death of the
fish as cyanide kills all aquatic life.
FERTILIZERS
increase nitrogen in our waterways which causes algae and WEEDS to
overgrow and create hypoxic (oxygen poor) dead areas in our waterways.
LEAD
from smokestack/tailpipe emissions has accumulated over the years in our
waterways. Lead is used in inks, dyes, paints, glazes, Pesticides, batteries, rubber,
lubricants, molding wax, glass, fireworks, medicinal plasters, varnishes and chemical
synthesis. Lead causes digestive and neurological disorders.
MTBE
is a gas additive that accumulates in the atmosphere and when it rains it binds
to the droplets and contaminates the surface water and seeps into and pollutes the
ground water. MTBE causes skin and neurological disorders.
PESTICIDES
and larvacides kill the predators of the mosquito which causes the
population of the mosquito to increase. Many kill by hormone disruption which
commonly causes two headed frogs and mucosa mutation to the mosquito resulting
in new (to us) viruses when bitten by an affected mosquito.
These drugs and chemicals are known as "Persistent Bioaccumulative Toxic
Pollutants" (PBTs) and they go somewhere; either they stay in and pollute the water
and/or they out-gas and pollute the air we breath, the water we drink, the soil we
grow our food in and the lawns we let our pets and kids play on.
PBTs disrupt many biological processes of the Earth's fragile ecological support
system and eventually will disrupt its ability to support us.
Chemical Winter & Global Warming = Climate Change
Beyond Chemicals
If you had a chance to do something for the environment, would you ?
Chemicals harm the environment in many complex ways.
Whether they are discarded waste chemicals or intended use chemicals
they have the same ill effects on the environment.
When chemicals enter the environment there are two major phenomenon that
happens to the environment that are changing life as we know it and unless
we change our toxic ways, the environment will change our lives, forever.
The first phenomenon that takes place is that chemicals accumulate in slow
moving water and its this accumulation of chemicals that warms the water.
The more chemicals that accumulate the warmer the water.
Accumulation of chemicals in water is known as "Thermal Aquatic Pollution".
This phenomenon hastens the growth of pathogens and can be seen as
surface slime, bubbles and algae in aquariums, ponds, lakes, estuaries and
parasitic, bacterial, fungal and viral infestations on aquatic/amphibious life.
We also see "Thermal Aquatic Pollution" in the context of "Global Warming"
only this time its the water not the air warming up. One of these areas that
accumulates chemicals is Florida Bay. In 2005 we all witnessed two storms
(Katrina and Wilma) intensify to category 5 as they crossed over Flordia Bay.
The second phenomenon occurs when chemicals evaporate from water to the air.
These chemicals then accumulate in and pollute indoor air and outside they
block the sun and reduce the amount of sunlight that reaches the earth.
This chemical blocking of sunlight is known as "Chemical Winter"
It is similar to volcanic winter or nuclear winter except that chemical winter
does not blow away, because everyday we add more chemicals.
Chemical winter can be seen as reddish pink sunrises and sunsets.
The world is on an unsustainable toxic binge and this is your opportunity to
reduce the amount of chemicals that you put into the environment and enhance
your stature and your business at the same time.
If you're not using Sano, you are part of the problem.
